As a wedding photographer, I love working at Farbridge—its beautifully restored barns, rolling hills, and relaxed atmosphere make it one of the best countryside wedding venues in Sussex. Their day was a perfect mix of vibrant colors, relaxed vibes, and a true reflection of their unique personalities and traditions. From the moment I met them, I knew this wedding would be something special. We connected even before the big day when they popped by to say hi during another Farbridge wedding I photographed at their local pub—it’s always lovely to work with familiar faces!

Anu and Fraser chose a rustic theme, embracing the natural beauty of the surroundings while adding an autumnal touch. However, they were clear from the start that they didn’t want the usual Halloween orange—opting instead for a more subtle, earthy palette. It was a brilliant choice that perfectly complemented the countryside setting of Farbridge, making their wedding feel both cozy and elegant.
The couple wanted their day to be a celebration of not only their love but also their diverse backgrounds, blending elements of both their nationalities and traditions.
