The Garden Bar Wedding Photographer Hove | Emily & Robbie | Dale Weeks

I’m Dale, a documentary wedding photographer based in East Sussex. Emily and Robbie got ready together at the Grand, married at Brighton Town Hall, and spent the rest of the day at The Garden Bar in Hove.

I photographed it the way I photograph everything: candid, colourful and relaxed, with no stiff poses and no awkward line-ups. The day travelled from the seafront to the Lanes to a pub garden, so there was always a new backdrop.

Getting ready together at the Grand

Emily and Robbie got ready together at the Grand with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. Giving off very relaxed vibes we were ready early so walked over to the promenade for some photos.

Brighton Town Hall and the Lanes

From the seafront it was on to Brighton Town Hall for the ceremony, and then a quick walk around the Lanes

Drinks, a BBQ and dancing at The Garden Bar

The party moved to Hove and settled into the garden at The Garden Bar: drinks, a BBQ and the speeches, all outside.
