I had a little controversial post last week!
I've never really got on that well with most other wedding photographers as it can be a bit cliquey at times and I don't always agree with their business techniques...(Also, what wedding photographer meets another photographer at a wedding? Ha)

Did anyone see the post with a photographer belittling other wedding suppliers and moaning abouty having to deal with requests from florists to send photos? They made it a permanent moan page on their website to send to anyone trying to connect with them.
Crazy.
And if I see a photographer post fake Instagram stories like
'Thank you everyone for sending me so many enquiries, I've had so many emails this week from new clients, I just don't have time to reply to them all because I'm so busy!' 🤮
(while spending the time on social media to explain how busy they are) I tune out.

I can only connect with people who are humble and honest 🎈❤️

(One photographer messaged me to say that 'everyone can have a different opinion' without the self awareness that they were giving their opinion on my opinion. Huhh)

Anyway, while I've seen peers take the route of impressing other photographers and trying to fit in, I've simply focused on my lovely couples and their unique experience on their wedding day, and I'm proud to have almost 50 five star reviews on Google from the last year or so!

And like I said last week, I've made so many lovely supplier friends that's I've met at weddings (some I see more regularly at weddings than my own family!) I'm always happy to recommend them, help them out and send over photos for them to use on social media or in magazines.
(Unless you opt out of marketing use for your wedding images in the click sign contract)

If I've forgotten to send anyone images, send me a message and I'll send you a gallery!
And if any couples want some great supplier recommendations, get in touch. I know loads of amazing people working in this industry.
